How do you react to the national news lately? You might find the news promising if you believe our country is outdated, in need of change, that the globe can reach utopia, that freedom is suitable for some and wrong for others, that the benefit of the law is for your friends, but the burden of the law is for your enemies.
On the other hand, you might find the news of the day to signal a bad omen for our country if you are an American schooled in the founding documents, know that our rights come from our Creator and that our government’s authority is both limited and defined. You might even be a patriot who is becoming more and more disenchanted daily.
With a defunct immigration policy, borders erased, the oath of office not being upheld, etc., you might be thinking that old adage: if it walks like a duck and looks like a duck, it’s a duck. You’re right. Our national sovereignty is under attack. “Nations on top are always under attack,” you might say. What’s different in this day and age is a growing multi-generational movement from within to hasten our surrender to one global government. Erudite elites lead this movement. They are highly educated, have unlimited resources, and are driven to satiate their need for power.
Are we hamstrung by these wealthy aristocrats? Not as long as We the People have the power
to vote
to speak up at local meetings and gatherings
to display the stars and stripes
to peacefully protest
to stop paying attention ad nauseam to media pundits
to seek alternate sources for information that are not agenda-driven
to pray and freely exercise our faith as we desire
to manage our family’s health and well-being
to voluntarily contribute to causes of our choosing
to support the U.S. Constitution with its original intent
to remain sovereign, not become subordinate or subservient to entities outside the United States of America.
All of the above requires that we exercise our freedom like a muscle. It will atrophy if not used. As motion is lotion to the muscle, action, not idle talk, is to liberty.
