Indeed by now, some official knows who is sending strange unidentified flying objects, aka UFO, over American airspace. Is E.T. phoning home? Who’s invading our skies? Armchair spy addicts and news-watchers want to hear the latest. Yet, our government seems a little too silent on the “spy in the sky.”
When convenient, the press awards itself the moniker of “the fourth branch of government.” Yet, a few citizens and some governors seem to have a nose for news and truth. When Americans made noise, suddenly, the giant spy balloon was ordered shot down. Promptly, we had a weekend of takedowns. Maybe we need to take an interest, make a few calls, and demand more details. After all, those objects in our airspace cost us a lot of money to shoot down. If this were a declared war, we would demand to know more.
Unless we make the government accountable, we will pay the bill without a clear receipt for the purchase. And, while we’re at it, let’s make some noise to get more information. If NORAD can track Santa, they can track the UFO and the so-called “fourth branch of government” (lol) can get after it and do its job.
